Term Limits

Homeland Security

Immigration is a serious issue that has been debated over the last few years my position is clear on immigration policy, the federal government must be in charge of all immigration matters and never allow the states to create their own immigration policies. This is the responsibility of the federal government to assure that no one coming to our country is mistreated and not given the right to apply for residency and in certain cases citizenship. People that are working in the U.S. illegally that have been here for many years should not be forced out of our country, they should be given the opportunity to perhaps pay a fine and be able to clear their immigration problems without having to be concerned that they can be deported.
The single most important amendment to our constitution is when there is a law enacted, that all senators and house of representatives have term limits and they will no longer be able to serve for twenty, thirty and forty years,, the house of representatives should be limited to four terms, equivalent to 8 years and senate should be a total of two terms, totaling 12 years. Our congress in many cases will make a decision that is not in the best interest to the American people, because they are more concerned in being reelected to office. No matter whom holds the office of President of the U.S, they can never have a bipartisan congress supporting the President. I also believe that the Supreme Court justices should not serve life terms once confirmed as a Supreme Court justice, they should be limited to 20 year terms. I remind the American people, that this is their constitution and that the government works for them and they must get involved in the political process and insist on these major changes, so we can finally move forward with a congress that works with the President.
I believe homeland security was one of the most important agencies added to our government all though I believe homeland security is doing a good job, I think it can be improved. Our railways and seaports must have more security, our passenger commercial crew ships must have much more security, I believe the federal government should take over all of the security responsibilities in all our U.S. airports and anyone entering an American aircraft from anywhere in the world should be under the scrutiny and regulations of the U.S. government. I believe that anyone entering a commercial aircraft must go through one final screening, through a medal detective device, at the door of the aircraft. There is nothing more important than protecting the American people.

Cuba, Latin America, Iran, and North Korea:

Border Control

It is my position that Cuba has had one of the worst atrocities levied against a country and its people, since World War II. Cuba is 90 miles off of the U.S. Coast of our shores, after over 40 years of sanctions that the U.S. levied against the Cuban regime it has not brought freedom, justice, and liberty to the Cuban people, if I were elected as President of the U.S., I would do everything in my power to convince the congress of the U.S., to support a U.S. military invasion, to overthrow the Castro regime. President Eisenhower which was a two term President, advocated in very strong language, that Fidel Castro should never be allowed to be a dictator over the Cuban people, and that is why he developed the plan for the Bay of Pigs to overthrow the Castro regime although our late President Kennedy canceled the backing of the Bay of Pigs invasion in the middle of the invasion. I believe if President Kennedy would have lived he would have eventually invaded Cuba to remove the Castro regime and have free elections in Cuba. My strongest convictions that the Cuban regime must be overthrown is primarily based on two factors, United Stated government had a major role in causing and allowing this vicious regime to remain in power it has imprisoned, tortured and murdered innocent people for the Castro Regimes personal benefit, the regime violated president Kennedys agreement that it would not be aggressive to its people and allow the Cuban people to choose their own leaders. This regime has one of the worst human rights record in human history, the regime has stripped its people of all its liberties and freedoms which is their god given right, furthermore the Cuban regime has consistently challenged the American people’s beliefs of Justice, Liberty and freedom for all people, and to allow its people to choose its own leader s in a free election. The Castro regime has and continues to influence it propaganda to other Latin American countries in our western hemisphere, Venezuela is an example where the Castro regime has assisted Hugo Chavez to become another Dictator over the Venezuelan people, Latin America must be free of dictatorships in our western hemisphere. If we allow dictatorships to continue to pop up in Latin American countries it will b e a threat to our liberties these dictators could eventually make deals to have dangerous weapons placed in their countries, which the U.S. cannot allow in our Western Hemisphere.The U.S. must use our military power to destroy Iran and North Korea’s Nuclear weapons program. North Korea today has concentration camps holding over 250,000 of their citizens their living in inhumane conditions, tortured and approximately 30,000 of those citizens are executed each year for no reason, North Korea is a treat to its neighbor south Korea if it is allowed to continue with its nuclear ambitions, they will be a threat to the United States. Iran’s leaders have also demonstrated that they are dangerous and the have full intentions of building a nuclear weapon, which will also be a threat to mankind and the U.S., when President Truman dropped both atomic bombs on Japan to end world war II he said that by the grace of god The U.S. obtained these weapons before Germany. President Truman and President Eisenhower stated that the U.S. military power must be used in a balanced way, but must be used to protect our liberties always. I do not believe we should be the policemen of the world, but there will be times that the U.S. military power and the will of the American people will have to stop conflict around the world, and stop certain countries from obtaining mass destruction weapons. The Congress must always work together in carefully planning any military action when necessary.
I believe that the Us military needs to assist in protecting our borders, for too long people have illegal crossed our borders the flow of illegal drugs has got completely out of control building a fence along our border could be the answer but this problem has gotten to the point that our us military needs to assist with the protection of our borders.

Social security is one of the most important programs that were established in the United States to protect our elderly citizens in retirement. Sometimes in life things dont always go the way to go as we plan our future sometimes people sacrifice for their loved ones their children, and the only thing that left is the social security they paid into for a life time, social security should never be privatized Social Security, is a number one priority under a Knepper Administration to make sure Social Security is well funded and secured indefinitely, Social Security and Military Benefits should never be threated when the Us government has run short of funds to pay its bills.
Every Single person residing in the U.S. deserves to have full medical treatment regardless of their financial condition or any preexisting condition they might have, health care that is to be provided for every person does not have to interfere a current doctor patient relationship that has already been established with a doctor and a patient. If I were to become president of the U.S. I would stop special interest groups representing drug companies, expensive malpractice lawsuits, and I would make sure that we have a simple healthcare plan for people that can afford a catastrophic medical emergency. Mental healthcare providers should be available for people that suffer from mental illness such as depression.
Currently the U.S. government is funding with U.S. tax payers money, laboratory testing on animals such as chimpanzees. The laboratories have taken and continue to take one year old chimpanzees and inject them with deadly diseases; these animals suffer alone for 15 years with excruciating pain. They are alone and treated inhumanly; this has been going on for over 30 years or longer. They use the chimpanzees to try and find a cure because their DNA is 97 percent like ours. But no cure has ever come from this horrible testing, on these primates. All federal funding should be banned for this testing on chimpanzees and all laboratories in the U.S. should be shut down and these animals should be put into a federally funded sanctuary to live out the remainder of their life in whatever is left of it. As president of the United States, I would immediately close all laboratory testing sites and ask congress to pass a bill to ban this testing forever. As President, I would support the United States Humane Society, with fund raising and educating the public with neutering and Spaying their pets, and stopping exotic animals from being permitted to be taken from the wild and raised in private homes, which only leads to a disaster when the animal reaches certain age.I would try to enact federal laws to protect animals that are abused. Animals are defenseless and can only rely on us as humans to protect them from abuse. Animal activist have tried, in state and federal court to stop this testing and no court has ever ordered the closing of the testing labs.In one of the laboratories in the U.S, there was a chimpanzee named Jerome, he was taken away from his brothers and sisters at the age of one, Jerome was then taken to a very small 4x6 windowless room where he lived for 16 years before he was euthanized, the last few years of Jeromes life, he was assigned a care taker, the care taker kept a diary of the last few years of his life, the care taker and Jerome in some way had a special relationship, although Jerome lived his 16 years in excruciating pain from the injections hat were given to him, he would still run to greet his care taker. Jerome was very fond of donuts, the last few days of Jeromes life, was very sad, he remained lying down on his back, when the caretaker arrived with Jeromes donuts, he turned his head and looked at her with his eyes teared up, although everyone loved Jerome, On His final day, when he was euthanized, the caretakers, although there hearts were broken, t were relieved that Jerome no longer had to live in the excruciating pain, that he endured in his 16 years of life. Primates usually live into their Fiftys. The fact that the Federal government would allow these laboratories to exist, by using U.S. taxpayers money is outrages, and I will do everything I can to bring these laboratories to an end, and free over 200 of these chimpanzees, that are in the same situation that Jerome was in. I predicted in 1996 when the federal reserve chairman, Alan Greenspan, under the Clinton Administration, deregulated the banking system, I knew that was the beginning of the home crashing disaster, I have carefully analyzed, the crashing housing market as it stand today and I have a full plan on how to end this disaster.
